But truthfully...you’re probably just feeling stuck.
Stuck in your relationship, your career, your role in life. 
Stuck with anxiety, stress, and unknowns.

So, I keep it simple: first, let's just help you get...unstuck.

There are tons of life coaches out there...so why me?

Well, I’m classically trained, but I’ve come to learn that traditional mental health therapy is often a vehicle for addressing one's past, rather then focusing on the here and now. My practice can be looked at as a diet, aka: “therapy lite”.  It’s approachable, without feeling intimidating. In our time together, we will determine and identify your road blocks. From there, you can look forward to creating actionable next steps.

As your coach my goal is to empower you,  allow you to detach from the outcome, and tailor your very own S.M.A.R.T. goals. In our work together, we will probably laugh...we may even cry... and we will design a Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, and Time-limited plan

And unlike any time in the past, you now have me to hold you accountable for making this commitment to yourself, because you deserve to be the very best version of you.

EXPERIENCE

Throughout my adult life, both personally and professionally, I’ve helped others to gain clarity and focus. Like many of you, my life map is marked by UPS and DOWNS. Maybe you can relate to some of the following?

UPS...Cooking with friends. Dancing all night. Becoming a parent. Laughing with my husband. Sweat. Traveling and eating!!  

DOWNS...Witnessing evil, panic in the streets, sprinting away from a crumbling World Trade CenterPhysical ailments that seemed insurmountable. Losing loved ones. Saying goodbye to being care-free.  

Navigating my way through life’s events, after taking some time off as a mental health therapist to raise a family, I find myself taking my own first step on the next journey. My own destination?  Life Coaching.

Simply put, I want to help you get unstuck, and hopefully attain your very best version of yourself.
